  • House built as a frame dwelling c. 1825
  • Harbold died 1829
  • Bought by George Vulcan Rudy (married Eliza Herr) in 1830 to accommodate a growing family
  • Eliza Herr Rudy died 1842
  • Vulcan Rudy married Jane Cox 1844
  • Vulcan Rudy died 1861
  • Jane Cox Rudy sued to get house and 60 acres
  • Died, childless 1880
  • Crawford Arterburn (married Sarah Rudy, Vulcan's daughter, l873 bought Vulcan's property in bits and pieces; 1870 thru 1881
  • Current owners, 1988

  • Married Eliza Rudy 1822
  • House built as frame 2 room structure, possibly by Thomas W. Hubbard who acted as general contractor
  • Thomas married Lydia Rudy (Daniels Daughter) 2 weeks before Vulcan/Eliza wedding
  • Crawford Arterburn married Sarah G. Rudy, daughter of Vulcan and Eliza, 1855
  • Their son, Norbourne Arterburn. Married Sally Tucker, 1899
  • Sally died 1936
  • Norbourne died 1937
  • Their son, Crawford Arterburn inherited
  • 1944 Sold to Stinger family
  • 1951 sold to Deems family
  • 1980's sold to current owners

  • Built 1790, by Frederick Edwards and Mary Rudy Edwards (daughter of Jacob Rudy)
  • Edward died 1813

  • Inherited by Alfred Herr, 1832
  • Daughter Jenny (d. 1891) married Samuel Hite (d. 1911) , 1861

  • Helen Hite m. Maurice Henchey, 1918

  • John Conway Rudy married Priscilla Herr-daughter of George Herr and Sally Simcoe Herr, 1852
  • Taylor Herr Rudy inherited, 1930
  • Sold to Mr. & Lawrence King, 1931. Property was called Mycrophylla at this period
  • Purchased by Haselet family after World War II
  • Purchased by Haselet’s daughter and son-in-law, 1960's
